• Timelines provided are estimated and may vary based on project complexity, third-party dependencies, or client delays.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice.

• No refunds will be provided once services have commenced, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Hosting & Server Usage Policy

• Clients must not use servers or hosting services for illegal, abusive, or prohibited activities.

• Any misuse, including spam, hacking, malware distribution, or copyright infringement, may result in immediate suspension.

• Resource limits are defined by the selected plan and fair usage policy.

6. Third-Party Services & Platforms

• THE GEEKS INFOTECH may use third-party tools, platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or marketplaces.

• We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or losses caused by third-party service providers (including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, cloud providers, or payment gateways).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, software, content, and materials created by THE GEEKS INFOTECH remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives a limited, non-transferable license for intended use unless otherwise agreed.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, technical, and financial information.

• Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• We take reasonable measures to protect client data.

• Clients are responsible for data accuracy, backups (unless included in the service), and legal compliance.

• Data handling is subject to applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

• THE GEEKS INFOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.

• Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Service Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

• Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to contractual obligations.

12. Force Majeure

THE GEEKS INFOTECH shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or cyber incidents.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
